Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Product

Carefully place your Instant Pot and all included components back into its original box, ensuring the unit is clean and securely padded for transport.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
